Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of any issues. Please contact our Support Center promptly at [email protected] if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect in size, or not what you ordered.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please first email us at [email protected]. We will then provide you with the return shipping address.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Processing Time: We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To initiate a cancellation, buyers should reach out to our Support Center at [email protected]. Our Support Center will process the cancellation request within 1-2 business days.
